Each of these promotions costs 1 promotion point. Level 3 promotions are unlocked if the player received his third promotion in that specific match, and level 5 promotions are unlocked if the player received his fifth promotion. If a certain support power has multiple levels, higher levels require lower levels to be unlocked first, and when they are, they replace the lower level variant.
General Leang, being the final boss of the General’s Challenge, possesses an arsenal which combines technologies from all three major factions in the game. While she does not use the best units for all categories, her forces are intentionally designed to challenge the player the most. She has access to all three superweapons, which also act as her tech structures.

Artillery Barrage Level 2

Calls a cargo plane to release an EMP bomb over the selected location. The EMP bomb deactivates all buildings and ground vehicles in the target area for a period of time. The cargo plane can be shot down prior to, during, or after releasing the EMP bomb.
Spectre Gunship Level 1

Calls a Spectre Gunship to circulate around the selected area and fire on any enemy units and structures within the radius with its gattling gun and massive artillery cannon for 10 seconds. The Spectre Gunship can be shot down at any time by anti-aircraft fire.

Instantly opens a large but unarmed Tunnel Network entrance at the selected location.
