Each of these promotions costs 1 promotion point. Level 3 promotions are unlocked if the player received his third promotion in that specific match, and level 5 promotions are unlocked if the player received his fifth promotion. If a certain support power has multiple levels, higher levels require lower levels to be unlocked first, and when they are, they replace the lower level variant.
The elusive Global Liberation Army relies on hit-and-run attacks performed by cheap and expendable units. Some of their vehicles are even able to use the scrap materials from destroyed enemy vehicles to boost their firepower. Their toxin weaponry, particularly their superweapon, is devastating when deployed correctly. However, they have a total absence of an air force and essentially produce in a persistent low-power mode, as they do not have any power plant equivalents.

Calls a cargo plane to release an anthrax bomb over the selected location. The anthrax bomb not only causes damage upon impact, but also leaves a toxic residue that damages all ground objects in a wide area. The cargo plane can be shot down prior to, during, or after releasing the anthrax bomb.
