Here’s what’s recently been happening in the Command & Conquer community:

  • The Mental Omega APYR mod for Yuri’s Revenge received a two-page feature in the November 2018 issue of the PC Gamer UK magazine! It seems to be geo-blocked to other countries on Google Play and other online stores it can be accessed on, but we can only hope it will pop up on the main PC Gamer website eventually.
  • The Red Resurrection mod for Yuri’s Revenge received the 2.2.9 patch a few weeks ago, sporting changes to Japan, Yugoslavia, Europe, and the Confederation factions, 17 new skirmish/multiplayer maps, balance changes and bug fixes, with the full changelog available here.
  • The Second Tiberium War standalone mod for Tiberian Sun is back with a new unit list for the upcoming 2.0 release, and they look quite faithful to the Tiberium universe spirit.
  • The Final War mod for Yuri’s Revenge is out with version 1.0 and even a soundtrack patch. 
  • Renegade-X received the 5.361 patch that rebalanced the game, added new maps, and started dealing with radio spam, and patch 5.362 is already on the way with a full list of tweaks available on their website.
