Description: You know the drill, Nod does this, GDI does that. This episode hardly even has a plot.
About this episode: This is the one part of the series where I honestly felt I had no idea what I was doing. I had a decent thing going with the engineer, but I really had no idea where to go with the plot as a whole. In general, I really felt that the plot seemed somewhat aimless. It had some direction, but it didn’t really feel like it had an end goal or expectation. At the time, I had either just finished high school or I was getting close to it, so I was preparing to move on to adult-things. I had little time to really dedicate to the series, so I had little time to really think of where I even wanted to go with it. As such, I personally consider this episode (and the next one) to be somewhat of a failure.
Does anyone notice the “SLOW” sign that keeps popping up? Ever since the very first episode of the series, I had somewhat of a running joke with that sign. Whenever I’d remember it, I’d try to slip that sign into at least one shot of every episode, so it usually wound up in the bushes or behind some debris. I still have that little sign to this day.
